René Beauchamp, husband of long time IWAP member Louise Beer and graduate of the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hotellerie du Quebec, managed the Four Seasons Hotel in Prague for many years. He also developed a passion for cooking and is a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs of Prague, an international gastronomic society dedicated to promoting fine dining. Rene, who shares his passion for cooking on his blog Rise&Spice invites IWAP members and friends to an Asian cooking class on November 9th.

What to expect:  Potten and Pannen has 8 cooking stations. All the ingredients will be provided. You will cook the meal under René’s guidance and then enjoy lunch with a wine paired to the meal.

Wonton Soup with Asian Pork Filling
Chinese Braised Garlic Chicken
Korean Style Grilled Chicken with Lemon Salt
Lemon & Ginger Steamed Pudding

Fundraiser: This is a Charity Pop Up Event with a minimum donation of 1500 CZK.
