Victoria, IWAP member, small party planner and private chef, invites you to share a traditional Southern Lunch with ‘fixins’, September 10, at 11.30 am.
In the USA, where food is regional, the South is famous for its fried chicken with ‘fixin’s’, greens, corn on the cob, macaroni and cheese, cornbread, peach cobbler and lemonade. Victoria will use organic chicken and bio food for this delicious meal. Limited space sign up soon.
This is a Pop-Up Charity Fundraiser to support IWAP’s chosen charities. This event is open to members and friends but it is capped at 12 so sign up immediately at charity.iwap@gmail.com.
When: Thursday 10 September 11.30 am
Where: We will pick up our boxed lunch at Fristenskys’ apartment (address provided upon confirmation of your RSVP). We will then walk a short way to Střelecký ostrov at Most Legií. [In case of bad weather, we will stay in the spacious apartment to eat]
What to expect: A non-alcoholic welcome drink at the apartment, pick up boxed lunch and walk to park to eat and chat.
RSVP: By Monday 7 September and note if you would like a vegetarian option.
Fundraiser: This is a Charity Pop Up Event. Donations will be accepted for this year’s IWAP charities, Amelie and SKP HOPO. If you wish to donate, but cannot attend, you may make a deposit or bank transfer to the IWAP Charity Account: 4561765001/5500.
IWAP 2020 Charities: Amelie- zs provides psycho-social support services to people who are coping with oncology issues in the Czech Republic, without regard to citizenship; and SKP HOPO offers a residential program for families who need support to raise their children in a safe environment.
