Think lace is just the decoration on a dress or a tablecloth from grandma’s chata? The Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague has systematically and for many years worked on the lace as a unique phenomenon in Czech applied and fine art. This is a wonderful exhibit to attend, especially if you enjoyed the last exhibit in this museum on “modrotisk” (Czech printing on textiles in blue and white).
