One of my favorite Nativity exhibits is the one in the little St. Matthias Church up in the hills in Prague 6.  This beautiful and traditional Nativity is made with gingerbread figures and is a work of art.  The church is cosy and as it is located in the Šárka area the view is incredible.  Highly recommended.
