
For anyone interested in establishing a regular meditation practice. This Somatic Meditation group will meet weekly online via Zoom to cultivate self-awareness and mindfulness. These guided meditation sessions, by way of scanning the body, will awaken an embodied presence. Allowing us to connect to continuously changing oscillations of the breath, the body sensations, our feelings and our thoughts. Supporting wellbeing by releasing tension and regulating the nervous system. The group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.
