Pysanky is a traditional way of decorating Easter eggs in Ukraine and other countries of this region. The word comes from the verb pysaty, “to write”, as the designs are not painted on, but written with beeswax.
We meet every Wednesday morning to decorate eggs using beeswax and dyes.
No previous art skills are needed.
