Put together by the organizers of the Karlovy Vary Film Festival, this international festival of the best short films from different countries promises to please film lovers.  Interesting traditional and experimental short films will be shown.  It is an international competition where there will be a Best Film selected as well as othere awards.  Also of interest for viewers is that there will also be an Audience Award so you will be able to vote for the films you like when you go to the screenings.
