To celebrate our wonderful, unique and diverse membership, IWAP is profiling one member each month. We’re asking members the same questions that will hopefully let us – and you – get to know them better. Each month we will profile a different member, selected at random, with the answers they provided along with their photo. Vlasta Syslova is February’s selection.

I did health enhancing exercises for a group of IWAP ladies for several years. I liked it very much and ladies too. Now I do some medical advisory for IWAP ladies with different problems (back, hips, knees…). I recommend them suitable exercises. Visit Health Enhancing Exercises to learn more.

What is your favorite aspect of being an IWAP member? What drew you to become a member of IWAP?

To know more about people from different countries, to know their opinions, their experiences from life in the ČR.

What is your biggest goal for 2019?

To stay in satisfactory health condition.

Anything extra you would like to add?

I have found several very good friends among IWAP Ladies and I have gotten more worldly in many topics. The reason is, that I had no opportunity to live somewhere else than in the ČR.

I am proud that I can be a member of this organisation.
